Sports Law

Sports law is a specialized area of law that regulates legal relationships between athletes, clubs, technical teams, and sports organizations. With the professionalization of sports activities, contractual relationships, disciplinary processes, and dispute resolution are among the fundamental topics of this field.

Athlete contracts, technical team contracts, transfer processes, termination and compensation claims constitute the most frequently encountered areas of sports law in practice. It is of great importance that legal arrangements made in these processes comply with both national legislation and international sports regulations.

Within the scope of sports law, services include the preparation and review of athlete and club contracts, monitoring of disputes before the Turkish Football Federation (TFF), FIFA, and the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), as well as legal consultancy on disciplinary proceedings. Each case is handled meticulously, taking into account the unique nature of sports law.
