Attorney Mert Cem Gelbal graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Law and completed his academic specialization in Sports Law through the Private Law Master's Program at Kadir Has University.
In his professional practice, he provides consultancy in sports law, foreigners law, corporate law, and rental law; including contract preparation and revision, notice and warning processes, execution and bankruptcy proceedings, and resolution of legal disputes.
In the field of sports law, he has experience in preparing and negotiating contracts between athletes, technical staff, player agents, and clubs, with practical experience in proceedings conducted before the Turkish Football Federation (TFF), FIFA, and CAS.

His work is based on the principles of transparent communication, determining the right legal strategy, and effective follow-up from start to finish.

Our Team
Nisa Uzak completed her high school education at Istanbul Notre Dame de Sion French High School and obtained her undergraduate degree from Istanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Law.
Beginning her career with internship experience at various institutions, Nisa Uzak worked as an attorney at OGB Attorney Partnership (Özkan-Gürden-Bingöl Law Firm) between 2020 and 2022, and subsequently served as a senior legal counsel at Deva Holding.
As of 2025, she continues her professional practice as a senior attorney at MCG Law Office.
Her areas of practice primarily include corporate law and contracts, as well as labor law, commercial law, data protection and privacy (KVKK), mergers and acquisitions (M&A / DD), and mediation processes, providing both legal consultancy and documentation support.
Nisa Uzak is fluent in English, Russian, and French.
